La piste là was created in 2007.
This is the first show of Cirque Aïtal company.
First elaborated as a trio (Victor & Kati 2 acrobats and a musician – composer – acrobat) it evolved as a quatuor performing show in 2008 with the addition of a juggler.
This artistic team proposes an imaginative surprising show.
La Piste là came from researches about Circus. Victor & Kati explored old and traditional feats of acrobatic figures ,

to propose a renewal of the performing arts on the circus ring.
Hence, they built a bridge between hand-to-hand practice, body arts and dance.
Then, the circus ring is a departure. The four performers initiate a journey to capture the essence of circus arts.
The four of them are deploying overflowing energy and willingness to endorse every role in a fluent chain of event: doing perilous acrobatics, blasting out lively music, putting together a magic act to silence the little acrobat’s high-pitched singing exercises, finding a way to tame imaginary animals…
And when the musician steps into the clown’s shoes, when the flying acrobat shows off her super powers to dash her partners, the carrier can no longer keep his role of unflinching ringmaster !
Performed with humour, huge technical practices, playing with their physical contrasts, using jokes and paradoxes, the four musicians-acrobats succeed to present the impossible union of opposites through which a tender and striking universe is revealed. In sum, this weird alchemy raises the internal magic of circus arts.
